Go Green For Tomorrow

I. INTRODUCTION The event, titled “GO GREEN FOR TOMORROW, a tree planting program and hiking recreational activity of NNCHS-SHS grade 12 students,” was held on May 3, 2023, at Tuyawan Eco-Aqua Park, Magsaysay, Nabunturan, Davao de Oro. Hiking, tree planting, and team-building activities were all part of the curriculum. II. OBJECTIVES TheAccording to our teacher, the activity’s goals are for students to be able to go on a 6-kilometer hike, plant a tree, and participate in team-building exercises. Where students are required to participate in community service and prioritize environmental protection and preservation. To show support for the world’s serious environmental challenges. III. DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY The activity begins between 5:00 and 5:30 a.m. for attending the NNCHS freedom stage. The national song and the opening prayer follow. Sir Carlo P. Bacalso and Ma’am Sheila Calablo then led a Zumba class. Ma’am Louielyn Amante provided the participants with an orientation and activity instructions. The time is now 6:00 a.m. The hike to Tuyawan Eco-Aqua Park officially began at this time. We simply walked to Magsaysay and followed the road; tree planting begins at 7:30 a.m. 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. the brief program. It was time to return to NNCHS at 11:30. IV. OBSERVATION AND FINDINGS The game was a lot of fun. Scenery and natural beauty may help us reenergize and temporarily forget about our problems. Fishing and boating are also available at the tourist site. From the speakers’ profound messages. Students most likely learned the significance of tree planting. It nourishes humans with oxygen and carbon dioxide, stabilizes the soil, and sustains fauna all around the world. As one of the kids here, I thought the location was fantastic. The excellent backdrop for recreational activities. The epiphany was “Don’t throw your garbage anywhere; must put it in its designated bin,” which, while not really original, is extremely beneficial. V. CHALLENGES AND LIMITATIONS Fortunately, I did not experience any issues or limitations when participating in the activity. I finished the activity with dedication, persistence, and joy. To prevent being late, I get up early and cook a healthy breakfast that includes an banana, egg, and plenty of water. VI. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: The activity that was conducted was actually pretty significant for each of us. Hiking is a good cardiac activity that can reduce our risk of heart disease, improve our blood pressure and blood sugar levels, and boost our bone density. As we develop strength in our glutes, quadriceps, harm strings, and lower leg muscles, our core is strengthened, our balance improves, our weight is better controlled, and our mood improves. While tree planting improves air quality, cleans the water, and provides habitat for more than 80% of the world’s terrestrial biodiversity. Furthermore, the plant’s roots can fight erosion, which causes landslides. If you’re going hiking, having rice with an egg, a banana, and plenty of water is much better, according to our teacher. Also, keep an eye on your health, but most importantly you should enjoy and have fun at the same time.
